  By submitting a paper for publication in SDMPE 2025 (JPCS of IOP Publishing), an author is assumed to accept all of the terms of the Proceedings Publication Licence

Registration and Fee payment 

For online publication of the Work: EUR 80 per submitted article (Eighty Euros).
For the avoidance of doubt, the fees payable by the Author shall be calculated per submitted article regardless of whether that article is published in the Work or not.

IOP Publishing Ltd. and SDMPE-2025 Organiser have agreed that, as a gesture of goodwill, where the corresponding author of an article is an Ukrainian national, with an address in Ukraine, no fee shall be charged for publishing that article and the Organiser shall not charge that author for registration for the Conference.
   
 April 17, 2025 is the submission date for the whole volume after peer review made by reviewers and editors
